9015-DRIVERS SEAT BELT SENSE PLAUSIBILITY ERROR

- When Monitored:
With the ignition on.

- Set Condition:
This DTC will set if the module detects a connection failure at the Driver Seat Belt Switch or Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) connectors terminals related to the Driver Seat Belt Switch. This code may occur in combination with other active DTCs.





Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Restraints System Pre-Diagnostic Procedure.VERIFY OTHER ACTIVE DTC

NOTE: Ensure the battery is fully charged.

1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, perform a ORC reset.
3. With the scan tool, read the active ORC DTC.

Does the scan tool display any other Driver Seat Belt Switch active DTCs?

Yes

- Diagnose and repair the DTC's.

No

- Replace the Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC).
- Perform *RESTRAINT VERIFICATION TEST Verification Tests
