2042-ENGINE OIL SENSOR WATER CONTENT TOO HIGH

- When Monitored:
With the engine running.

- Set Condition:
The Engine Oil Sensor indicates excessive water in the engine oil.





Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting Procedure.

NOTE: This DTC indicates excessive water in the engine oil. Change the engine oil and filter.

NOTE: Clear the DTC and retest for active DTC.
