- When Monitored:
Whenever the module is awake.

- Set Condition:
When the CD/DVD player detects high temperature.





CD/DVD PLAYER TEMP HIGH
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, record and erase DTCs.
3. Turn the CD/DVD player on.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. With the scan tool, read DTCs.

Does the scan tool display D240-CD/DVD HIGH TEMPERATURE-RADIO?

Yes

- This is a high temp code. The CD/DVD player will shut down automatically at 70°c (158°F). Allow the CD/DVD player to cool to normal operating temperatures before operating the CD/DVD player.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST. Verification Tests.

No

- The conditions that caused this code to set are not present at this time. Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors.
