Bulb - Halogen Headlamp

BULB - HALOGEN HEADLAMP

CAUTION: Do not contaminate the bulb glass by touching it with your fingers or by allowing it to contact other oily surfaces. Shortened bulb life will result.





1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Press down the two latches (1) that secure the top of the rear cover (2) to the back of the front lamp unit housing.
3. Swing the rear cover downward (arrow) and disengage the two lower tabs of the cover from the two slotted brackets integral to the back of the lamp housing.




4. Disconnect the front lamp unit wire harness connectors from the halogen high beam (1) or low beam (2) headlamp bulb base.
5. Unclip the headlamp bulb wire retainer and pivot the retainer off of the bulb base.
6. Pull the bulb straight out from the keyed opening on the back of the front lamp unit reflector.
