Engine Coolant Thermostat - Removal

3.0L DIESEL





1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove engine cover.
3. Drain engine coolant Service and Repair.
4. Remove thermostat housing mounting bolts (1).
5. Pull thermostat housing (2) back and remove thermostat and sealing ring. Discard sealing ring.
6. Clean all sealing surfaces.
