1. Install the brake caliper (4) to the brake caliper adapter (5). Tighten the guide pin (1) to 34 Nm (283 in. lbs.) for M8 bolt or 65 Nm (48 ft. lbs.) for M10 bolt

NOTE: Do not install the brake hose twisted and ensure freedom of movement.

2. Install the brake hose (2) at the brake caliper (4). Tighten the bolt to 14 Nm (124 in. lbs.).




3. Install the wear indicator (1) to the caliper and then install the mounting bolt (2). Tighten to 8 Nm (71 in. lbs.).
4. Bleed the brake system.
5. Check the brake system for any leaks.
6. Install the front wheels.
7. Lower the vehicle.
