Rear - (Dual Rear Wheels) (DRW)

REAR BRAKE PADS - (DUAL REAR WHEELS) (DRW)





1. Install the retaining clips.
2. Install the wear indicator to the inboard brake pad.
3. Install the brake pads (2).
4. Rotate the brake caliper (1) back up into position.




5. Install the wear indicator (3) to the caliper (4). Tighten bolt (2) to 10 Nm (89 in. lbs.).
6. Install the wear indicator cable to the wear indicator (3).

NOTE: Do not install the brake hose twisted and ensure freedom of movement.

7. Install the brake caliper pin (1) to brake caliper adapter. Tighten the guide pins (1) to 25 Nm (221 in. lbs.) for M8 bolt or 30 Nm (266 in. lbs.) for M10 10.9 bolt.
8. Install the rear wheels .
9. Lower the vehicle.
