Removing and installing front end paneling

1 Phillips screw
2 Front end paneling
3 Phillips screw
4 Phillips screw
5 Auxiliary turn signal lamp
6 Body-bound rivet
7 Bracket
8 Phillips screw
9 Hexagon bolt
10 Internal torx bolt

Removing, installing

1 Remove front bumper
2 Remove front grille
3 Remove lock cross member
4 Remove headlamp
5 Unclip auxiliary turn signal lamp (5) (arrow). Disconnect connector and remove
6 Pull out spreading rivet (6) and remove bumper support (7)
7 Remove sealant between area (A) of wheelhouse and front end paneling

Installation: Replace sealant
Mopar or equivalent body sealant for sealing seams (suitable for painting)

8 Unscrew screws (3) from A-pillar
9 Unscrew screw (4) from wheelhouse
10 Unscrew screws (8, 9, 10)
11 Remove front end paneling (2) Remove sealant residues
12 Install in the reverse order
Before installing inner front end paneling coat with underbody protection agent
Observe uniform gap to engine hood.
