Fuse Block #3 Through #6







DESCRIPTION





Fuse blocks #3 through #6 are located on the left side of the driver seat riser. These fuse blocks serve to distribute electrical current to many of the electrical systems in the vehicle. Blade-type mini fuses are the only circuit protection devices housed in fuse blocks #3 through #6. Fuse blocks #3 through #6 are part of the Fuse/Relay Block #2 which consists of the following individual components:

- Relay Block (3)
- Fuse Block #3 (7)
- Fuse Block #4 (4)
- Fuse Block #5 (6)
- Fuse Block #6 (5)

The molded plastic fuse block housing has an integral mounting bracket that is secured with screws to the seat riser. The driver side seat base also has a snap-fit fuse access panel that can be removed for service of the fuses and the relays. Two latching tabs secure the access panel to the seat riser. The fuse blocks can be easily accessed by pressing down on the latching tabs and tilting the top of the panel out to remove.

The Fuse/Relay Block #2 is integral to the body wire harness. If any internal circuit or the plastic housing is inoperative or damaged, the entire Fuse/Relay Block #2 and body wire harness assembly must be replaced. , to remove the Fuse/Relay Block #2 for service.
