Maintenance Required Lamp/Indicator: Service and Repair
STANDARD PROCEDURE - Active Service System (ASSYST) Maintenance Reset
Description
The ASSYST tells you when the fleA service is due.
The deadline for the service is indicated in either days or miles/km, depending on the number of miles/kilometers driven.
About one month before the service is due, the multi-function display indicates whether
Service A: Oil Service Plus or
Service B: a maintenance sercie will be carried out. The display appears for approximately ten seconds after you have turned the ignition on. At the same time, the remaining distance in miles/km or the remaining time in days is also displayed.
When the remaining time in days is shown, the time symbol is displayed.
If you have exceeded the service date,
- the service display will blink for 10 seconds in the multi-function display after the ignition has been turned on,

After each service (Oil Service Plus or maintenance service), the authorized dealer or Sprinter service center will reset the service display.
