9099-TOWING SWITCH CIRCUIT STUCK - RCM

- When Monitored:
Continuously

- Set Condition:
When the switch is pressed for longer than 40 seconds.





Diagnostic Test

1. TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
With the scan tool, record and erase DTC's
Operate the Towing Switch several times.
Cycle the ignition from on to off.
Turn the ignition on and wait 1 minute.
With the scan tool, read DTC's.
Does the scan tool display 9099-TOWING SWITCH CIRCUIT STUCK?

Yes

- Replace the Roof Control Module.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Verification Tests

No
