8022-SWITCH BANK LEFT POWER SLIDING DOOR SWITCH STUCK - LPSDM

- When Monitored:
Whenever the Switch Bank Module is awake.

- Set Condition:
When the Power Sliding Door Module senses a low command on the Right Sliding Door button of the switch bank for longer than 10 seconds, this code will set.





Diagnostic Test

1. DTC PRESENT
NOTE: Ensure the Right PSD Button on the Switch Bank is free of any sticking material before proceeding.

With the scan tool, record DTC's.
Erase DTC's
Turn the ignition off, wait 10 seconds, then turn the ignition on.
Operate the Power Sliding Door several times from the Left PSD Button on the switch bank.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes

- Go To 2

No

- Using the wiring diagram/schematic as a guide, inspect the wiring and connectors for an intermittent condition.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Verification Tests.

Diagnostic Test

2. CHECK THE SWITCH BANK MODULE
Disconnect the Switch Bank harness connector.
Erase DTC's
Turn the ignition off, wait 10 seconds, then turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, read DTC's.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes

- Replace the Power Sliding Door Module.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Verification Tests.

No

- Replace the Switch Bank Module assembly.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Verification Tests.
