DESCRIPTION

The electric coolant pump ensures the uniform flow of coolant through the heater core without bubbles, even at low speeds. The electric coolant pump is located at the rear of the engine compartment on the dash panel and is controlled by the A/C-heater control.

The electric coolant pump housing contains two coolant hose connections and an electric motor which drives the vane-type pump using a magnetic clutch.
