Heated Mirrors
900A-MIRROR HEATER CIRCUIT HIGH - DDM
For a complete wiring diagram refer to Diagrams/Electrical.
Theory of Operation
The Driver Door Module will operate the heated mirrors automatically whenever the ambient air temperature is below approximately 55 degrees.
- When Monitored:
Whenever the module is awake.
- Set Condition:
When the driver door module does not sense any current flow through the internal driver for the heated mirrors, when the heated mirrors are activated, this code will set.
Diagnostic Test
1. TEST FOR INTERMITTENT CONDITION
Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, record and erase DTC's.
