POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Cabin heater or heater booster control unit
- Cabin heater control circuit shorted to ground
- Cabin heater control circuit shorted to ground circuit
- Cabin heater control circuit shorted to sensor ground circuit
- Automatic temperature control (ATC)
