Power Steering Fluid Cooler













Removal and Installation

NOTICE: When repairing the power steering system, care should be taken to prevent the entry of foreign material or failure of the power steering components may occur.

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

2. Remove the lower radiator air deflector screws, pin-type retainers and the deflector.

3. Release the clamps and disconnect the hoses from the power steering fluid cooler.

4. Remove the 2 bolts and the power steering fluid cooler.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).


5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

6. Fill the power steering system. For additional information, refer to Steering System.
