Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Module

WARNING: Before beginning any service procedure, REFER to Safety Warnings . Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

Removal

1. Remove the FCIM (Front Controls Interface Module). REFER to Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) .

2. Position aside the weather-strip and remove the LH (Left Hand) instrument panel trim bezel.





3. Remove the steering column cover trim panel screw, disconnect the electrical connector and remove steering column cover trim panel.





4. Remove the LH (Left Hand) floor console side trim panel retainer and remove the LH (Left Hand) floor console side trim panel.





5. Position aside the selector lever bezel, disconnect the electrical connector.





6. Remove selector lever trim panel screws and position aside the selector lever trim panel.





7. Position aside the parking brake bezel, remove the retainer and remove the parking brake trim panel.





8. Remove the 3 lower finish panel screws, disconnect the 2 HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) electrical connectors remove the lower finish panel. Remove the 4 HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) module screws and remove the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) module.





Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
