Blower Motor

Removal

1. Remove the BCM (Body Control Module). REFER to Body Control Module (BCM) .

2. Disconnect the air inlet mode door actuator electrical connector, remove the 3 air inlet duct screws and remove the air inlet duct.





3. NOTE: This step requires two technicians.
Remove the blower motor.

1. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.

2. Release the blower motor retainer clip.

3. Rotate the blower motor counter clockwise to detach it from the heater core and evaporator core housing.

4. Working through the air inlet duct opening, install 303-468 (T94P-6510-AH) on the blower motor hub and remove the blower motor.






Installation

1. NOTE: This step requires two technicians.
Install the blower motor.

1. Install 303-468 (T94P-6510-AH) on the blower motor hub, insert the blower motor through the air inlet duct opening and align the blower motor with the heater core and evaporator core housing.

2. Rotate the blower motor clockwise to attach it to the heater core and evaporator core housing.

3. Connect the blower motor electrical connector.






2. Install the air inlet duct and the three air inlet duct screws, and connect the air inlet mode door actuator electrical connector.





3. Install the BCM (Body Control Module). REFER to Body Control Module (BCM) .
