Diagnostic Overview
U0155:00
Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
The DDM (Driver Door Module) and PDM (Passenger Door Module) receive the odometer value from the IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster) over the MS-CAN (Medium Speed Controller Area Network). There are no noticeable symptoms if either door module does not receive the odometer data.
DTC Fault Trigger Conditions
Pinpoint Test
1. CHECK THE COMMUNICATION NETWORK
1. Ignition ON.
2. Using a scan tool, perform a network test.
Does the IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster) pass the network test?
2. RETRIEVE THE DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) FROM THE IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster) SELF-TEST
1. Using a scan tool, perform the IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster) self-test.
Is DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) U3003:16 or DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) U3003:17 recorded?
3. RETRIEVE THE DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) FROM THE DDM (Driver Door Module) AND PDM (Passenger Door Module) SELF-TEST
1. Using a scan tool, perform the DDM (Driver Door Module) self-test.
2. Using a scan tool, perform the PDM (Passenger Door Module) self-test.
Is DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) U3003:62 recorded?
4. RECHECK THE DDM (Driver Door Module) AND PDM (Passenger Door Module) DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes)
1. Clear the DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
2. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Using a scan tool, perform the DDM (Driver Door Module) self-test.
4. Using a scan tool, perform the PDM (Passenger Door Module) self-test.
Is DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) U0155:00 still present?
5. CHECK FOR DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) U0155:00 SET IN OTHER MODULES
1. Clear all DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes).
2. Ignition OFF.
3. Ignition ON.
4. Wait 10 seconds.
5. Using a scan tool, perform the BCM (Body Control Module) self-test.
Is DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) U0155:00 set in the BCM (Body Control Module)?
