Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe - 3.5L

Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation tube quick connect coupling from the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe. For additional information, refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.

2. Disconnect the power brake booster aspirator hose from the ACL outlet pipe.

3. Loosen the 2 ACL outlet pipe clamps.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

4. Remove the ACL outlet pipe.

5. NOTE: The ACL outlet pipe should be securely sealed to prevent unmetered air from entering the engine.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
