Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner

Removal and Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Vehicle Jacking and Lifting.

2. Remove the 4 screws and position the RH fender splash shield aside.





3. Remove the 6 pin-type retainers and the RH splash shield.





4. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner counterclockwise and position the accessory drive belt off of the accessory drive belt tensioner.

5. Remove the 3 bolts and the accessory drive belt tensioner.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
