Normal Operation
The instrument cluster receives outside air temperature data over circuit 470 (PK/BK) and circuit 788 (RD/OG). The instrument cluster processes this data then transmits the temperature value to the message center to be displayed.

Possible Causes
- Circuit 470 (PK/BK) open or short to ground
- Circuit 788 (RD/OG) open or short to ground
- Outside air temperature sensor
- Instrument cluster
