Test A: The Ignition Switch is Inoperative

PINPOINT TEST A: THE IGNITION SWITCH IS INOPERATIVE
Refer to Vehicle/Diagrams, Power Distribution/SJB for schematic and connector information.

Normal Operation
The ignition switch receives fused B+ voltage from bussed electrical center (BEC) fuse 68 (20A) through circuit 1050 (LG/VT). The ignition switch has 4 possible states:
^ OFF
^ ACC
^ RUN
^ START

Possible Causes
^ Fuse
^ Circuit open
^ Circuit shorted
^ Ignition switch
^ BEC
