Normal Operation
Power is supplied to the driver window control switch from the smart junction box (SJB) accessory relay through circuit 400 (LB/BK). When the driver window control switch is toggled to the window down position, voltage is supplied through the switch back to the SJB on circuit 991 (TN/LB). Voltage passes through the one-touch down window relay and to the driver door window motor on circuit 996 (OG/WH). When the one-touch down feature is selected on the driver window control switch, a signal is sent from the driver window control switch to the SJB. The SJB energizes the one-touch down window relay, supplying voltage to the driver door window motor through circuit 996 (OG/WH). Ground is supplied to the driver door window motor by the driver window control switch through circuit 992 (WH/BK). The driver window switch is grounded through circuit 57 (BK).

When the driver window control switch is toggled to the window up position, voltage is supplied from the switch to the driver door window motor on circuit 992 (WH/BK). Ground is supplied through circuit 996 (OG/WH), the SJB one-touch down window relay and circuit 991 (TN/LB) back to the driver window control switch.

Possible Causes
- circuit 991 (TN/LB) open or short to ground
- circuit 992 (WH/BK) open, short to voltage, or short to ground
- circuit 996 (OG/WH) open or short to ground
- driver window control switch
- one-touch down window relay
- SJB
- front door window regulator motor
