HIGH MOUNTED STOPLAMP - SPOILER MOUNTED







Removal and Installation







1. NOTE: RH shown, LH similar.

Open the decklid and remove the 2 rubber access plugs.







2. Remove the 8 pin-type retainers and the decklid trim panel.







3. Remove the 3 spoiler nuts.
- Disconnect the high mounted stoplamp electrical connector.
- To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).







4. CAUTION: Use care when unsnapping the spoiler from the decklid. The spoiler may slide across the decklid marring the exterior finish.

Remove the spoiler.
- Push the grommet and high mounted stoplamp electrical connector through the decklid.

5. Remove the 2 screw access covers.
6. Remove the 2 screws and the high mounted stoplamp.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
