Normal Operation
Variable pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage is supplied to the instrument cluster from the instrument panel dimmer switch on circuit 1045 (DB/WH). The instrument cluster is grounded on circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 57 (BK) open
- circuit 1045 (DB/WH) open
- instrument cluster
