REAR SEAT BACKREST - BENCH







Removal and Installation
1. Remove the rear seat cushion.
2. Remove the 2 backrest bolts.
- To install, tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).

3. Remove the nut and safety belt and buckle assembly anchor.
1 To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

4. Push up at the split and remove the seat backrest safety belt guide.
5. Remove the seat backrest.
- Lift up and remove the seat backrest while feeding through the safety belt and buckle.

6. NOTE: Make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted prior to installation.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Make sure the safety belts and buckles are accessible to the occupants after installation.
