PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION

The roof opening panel is an electronically operated panel that is opened, closed or tilted by the roof opening panel switch. Pressing the roof opening panel switch to open while the roof opening panel glass is in the fully-closed, flush position engages the express open feature allowing the roof opening panel glass to move to the fully-open position. Pressing and holding the switch to close while the roof opening panel glass is in the fully-open position moves the glass to the fully-closed, flush position. Pressing and releasing the switch to close while the roof opening panel glass is in the fully-closed, flush position moves the glass to the tilt position. Pressing and releasing the switch to open while the roof opening panel glass is in the tilt position moves the glass to the fully-closed, flush position.
