Normal Operation
When the rear window defrost is on the exterior mirrors receive voltage from the heated grid relay through circuit 59 (DG/VT). The LH mirror and the RH mirror are grounded through circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- fuse
- circuit 57 (BK) open
- circuit 59 (DG/VT) open
- heated exterior mirror glass
- exterior mirror
- smart junction box (SJB)
