Test A: The Ignition Switch is Inoperative

PINPOINT TEST A: THE IGNITION SWITCH IS INOPERATIVE

Tests A1 - A2:

Normal Operation
The ignition switch receives overload protected B+ voltage from the bussed electrical center (BEC) fuse 68 (20A) through circuit 1050 (LG/VT). The ignition switch has 4 possible states:
^ OFF
^ ACC
^ RUN
^ START

Possible Causes
^ circuit 1050 (LG/VT) open or short to ground
^ ignition switch
^ BEC
