Brake Booster

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the brake master cylinder.
2. Disconnect the brake booster vacuum hose from the brake booster vacuum check valve.
3. Remove the redundant self-locking pin cover, self-locking pin and the booster rod pin.
4. Remove the 4 brake booster nuts.
^ To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
5. Remove the brake booster assembly from the vehicle.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
