Removal and Installation

1. CAUTION: When removing the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly, never allow it to hang from the brake flexible hose. Provide a suitable support.

Remove the 2 brake caliper anchor plate bolts and position the brake caliper and anchor plate assembly aside.
^ To install, tighten to 115 Nm (85 ft. lbs.).
2. If a new disc is to be installed, use the special tool to spread the brake pads without removing them from the caliper and anchor plate.
3. Remove the brake disc.
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
