WARNING: ALL VEHICLES ARE EQUIPPED WITH GAS-PRESSURIZED FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER WHICH WILL EXTEND UNASSISTED. DO NOT APPLY HEAT OR FLAME TO THE FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER STRUT DURING Removal.

The front shock absorber consists of:
- twin tube, gas-pressurized structure providing damping in both the rebound (up) and compression (down) directions.
- this damping is accomplished by driving a dual (rebound and compression) acting piston through a fluid environment.
- the motion resistant forces are controlled by a velocity sensitive variable orifice piston assembly within the front shock absorber.





- anti-lock brake sense wiring harness routing bracket is a clip-on type bracket.
