Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Disconnect the engine control sensor wiring from the oil pressure sensor.
2. Remove the oil pressure sensor from the cylinder block.

Installation

1. NOTE: Apply Pipe Sealant with Teflon D8AZ-19554-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSK-M2G350-A2 prior to installation.

Follow removal procedure in reverse order.





2. Tighten to 16-22 Nm (12-16 ft. lbs.).
