Antenna: Description and Operation

Fixed Radio Antenna
A fixed radio antenna base and cable is standard on sedan vehicles equipped with either base AM/FM stereo or AM/FM stereo cassette.

Automatic Electric Antenna
The optional automatic power electric antenna:
- will extend when the radio receiver is turned ON with the ignition switch in the RUN or ACC position.
- will retract when the ignition switch is turned OFF even if the radio receiver is ON.
