High Pressure Safety Valve HVAC: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Discharge the system. Refer to System Discharging and Recovery. Discharging and Recovery
2. Remove A/C compressor pressure relief valve from A/C manifold and tube.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.

NOTE: Use new O-ring seal lubricated with clean refrigerant oil, Motorcraft YN-12b or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
