LABOR ALLOWANCES
PARTS REQUIREMENTS
Parts will be shipped to your dealership according to the procedures established for "Low Volume Recalls or Owner Notification Programs".
Reusable Flush Tool Kits were shipped to dealers (July 22-28, 1998) for program number 98B23. For additional or replacement Flush Tool Kit parts, procure locally as required.
NOTE:
The coolant by-pass kits for 3.0L methanol engines are not interchangeable with coolant by-pass kits for 3.0L gasoline/ethanol kits used in 98B23.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.

EXTRAORDINARY EXPENSE ALLOWANCE
Extraordinary expenses associated with coolant disposal may be included on the claim. Supporting documentation justifying these costs must be maintained and are subject to audit.
^ Expenses associated with coolant disposal must be entered as "HANDLG" in the MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSE AREA.
