Lifter / Lash Adjuster: Service and Repair

1. Remove camshafts.
2. Remove lifters and valve adjusting spacers.
3. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Lubricate lifters and valve adjusting spacers with engine assembly lubricant D9AZ-19579-D, or equivalent, prior to installation.
b. Install lifters in their original locations, with valve adjusting spacer numbered sides facing down.
