Pressure Feedback Electronic (PFE) EGR Sensor:

The Pressure Feedback EGR (PFE) and Differential Pressure Feedback EGR (DPFE) sensors convert a varying exhaust gas pressure signal into a proportional analog signal which is digitized by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The PCM uses the signal received from the PFE or DPFE sensor to optimize the EGR flow.
