Door Glass Stop and Adjustment
DOOR GLASS STOP AND INBOARD/OUTBOARD ADJUSTMENT
1. Make sure the door glass is completely rolled up.

2. Measure the height of the glass to the retainer at points A and B shown on Figure 20. The measurement at point A should be 9.5 mm +/- 1.5 mm. The measurement at point B should be 8.0 mm +/- 1.5 mm.
3. If the measurements are incorrect, remove the interior door trim panel.
4. Remove the door glass weather seal from the retainer.
5. Locate the two (2) door glass stops, Figure 20.
6. Adjust the door glass height to the specifications in Step 2.

7. Measure the inboard distance of the glass at points A, B and C, Figure 21. The measurement at point A should be 23.5 mm +/- 1.5 mm. The measurement at point B should be 19.5 mm +/- 1.5 mm. The measurement at point C should be 24.0 mm +/- 1.5 mm.
8. If inboard or outboard door glass adjustment is necessary, locate the Phillips slotted stud that holds the door glass regulator.
9. Loosen the lock nut on the Phillips slotted stud and turn the screw to adjust the door glass to the specification in Step 7.
10. Reinstall the interior door trim panel.
11. Reinstall the door glass seal in the roof retainer.
12. If the windnoise or water leak concerns are still present or the proper adjustment cannot be reached, proceed to the weather seal retainer modification.
