Door Trim Panels

Removal

CAUTION: Take care when removing and installing the plastic clips. These clips break very easily and replacement clips may not be available at your parts department.






1. Remove the window regulator handle, if equipped.
2. Carefully pry power window switches from the armrest and disconnect electrical connector, if equipped.
3. Remove the four armrest retaining screws.
4. Remove the screw retaining the inner door handle.






5. Disengage the clip attaching the inner door handle to the control rod.






6. Remove the screw, retaining the trim panel, from the sail panel.
7. Remove the door trim panel by carefully prying outward around the lower edge of the panel with a flat tool. Slide the door handle through the door trim panel and remove the trim panel from the vehicle.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Replace all broken or damaged trim panel tabs.
