BLOW OUT CLIP INSPECTION

1. Check the blow out clip for proper position.

2. If it is bent or contacts the door glass when the door is closed, install a new glass run/blow out clip molding assembly, Figure 19.

NOTE: THE REVISED PART DOES NOT HAVE A RELIEF SLOT CUT NEAR THE CLIP. THIS REDUCES THE POSSIBILITY OF BENDING.

3. If it is needed, repeat this procedure for the opposite side of the car.

4. If windnoise or water leak concerns are still present, proceed to the door glass adjustment procedure.
