Exploded View









Removal

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to Lifting Points .

2. Remove the battery tray. REFER to Battery and Battery Tray - Exploded View .

3. Remove the upper intake manifold. REFER to Upper Intake Manifold .

4. Install 303-1245 on the LH (Left Hand) cylinder head.





5. Install 303-F072 and 303-1454 and support the engine and transaxle.






6. Remove the 2 lower transmission support insulator bolts.





7. Remove the 2 upper transmission support insulator bolts.





8. Remove the 3 transaxle support insulator bracket nuts and the transaxle support insulator bracket bolt then remove the transmission support insulator assembly.





Installation

1. Clean the transaxle support insulator bolts using a wire brush and apply new threadlock to the threads.

2. Install the transaxle support insulator and the 2 upper transaxle support insulator bolts.
- Tighten to 70 Nm (52 lb-ft).





3. Install the 2 lower transaxle support insulator bolts.
- Tighten to 55 Nm (41 lb-ft).





4. Install the transaxle support insulator bracket bolt and the 3 transaxle support insulator bracket nuts.
- Tighten the bolt to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).
- Tighten the nuts to 63 Nm (46 lb-ft).





5. Remove 303-F072 and 303-1454.






6. Remove 303-1245.





7. Install the upper intake manifold. REFER to Upper Intake Manifold .

8. Install the battery tray. REFER to Battery and Battery Tray - Exploded View .
