Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to Lifting Points .

2. Remove the CAC (Charge Air Cooler) intermediate outlet tube and the CAC (Charge Air Cooler) lower outlet tube, REFER to Intake Air System Components - Exploded View .

3.
- 10 Nm (89 lb-in) in the sequence shown.





4. Remove and discard the TB (Throttle Body) gasket.





Installation

1. NOTE: Make sure that a new TB (Throttle Body) gasket 9F991 is installed.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
