Radiator: Service and Repair

Radiator - 2.0L GTDI

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. REFER to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding - 2.0L GTDI .

2. REFER to Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud - 2.0L GTDI .

3. REFER to Bumper Cover - Front .

- 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

Position the top of the radiator toward the engine for access.
- 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

Position the top of the radiator toward the engine for access.

9. NOTE: The longer bolt is installed on the LH (Left Hand) side.






Position the top of the radiator toward the engine for access.

- 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

- 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

Position the top of the radiator toward the engine for access.
- 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. REFER to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding - 2.0L GTDI .
