NOTE: Manual seat shown, power similar.






Removal

1. Remove the LH (Left Hand) and RH (Right Hand) quarter trim panels. REFER to Quarter Trim Panel - Without Inflatable Safety Belts or REFER to Quarter Trim Panel - With Inflatable Safety Belts .

2. Connect the third row power fold seat control switch, if equipped.

3. NOTE: If equipped with inoperative power seat, REFER to Manual Override of Inoperative Power Seat - 3rd Row .
Position both seats to the load floor position.

4. NOTICE: If equipped with a power seat, do not lift the load floor flapper panels too far or damage to the wire harness retainers will occur.

Separate the 2 load floor supports (1 shown).

- Push the load floor support rearward and slightly lift the load floor to disengage.
- For manual seat, fold the 2 load floor flapper panels back on top of the seat.






5. If equipped, disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wire harness retainers.






6. Detach the 2 wire harness retainers on the RH (Right Hand) side.





7. Remove the 4 mounting bracket-to-floor bolts and remove the third row seat.

Installation

1. Install the third row seat and the 4 mounting bracket-to-floor bolts.
- Tighten to 80 Nm (59 lb-ft).

2. If equipped, connect the electrical connector and attach the wire harness retainers.

3. Attach the 2 load floor supports.

4. If equipped, disconnect the third row power fold seat control switch.

5. Install the LH (Left Hand) and RH (Right Hand) quarter trim panels. REFER to Quarter Trim Panel - Without Inflatable Safety Belts or REFER to Quarter Trim Panel - With Inflatable Safety Belts .
