Cowl: Service and Repair

Cowl Panel

WARNING: Before beginning any service procedure, REFER to Safety Warnings . Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.

Removal

1. Remove the cowl grille panel. REFER to Cowl Panel Grille .

2. NOTE: LH (Left Hand) side shown, RH (Right Hand) side similar.
Remove the LH (Left Hand) and RH (Right Hand) retaining clips.





3. NOTE: LH (Left Hand) side shown, RH (Right Hand) side similar.
Release the cowl panel from the LH (Left Hand) and RH (Right Hand) side pin-type retainer clips.





4. Remove the washer hose from the retainer clips on the RH (Right Hand) side of the vehicle and position aside.





5. Remove the cowl panel.

Installation

1. Position the cowl panel to the vehicle.

2. NOTE: LH (Left Hand) side shown, RH (Right Hand) side similar.
Install the cowl panel in the RH (Right Hand) and LH (Left Hand) retaining clips.





3. NOTE: LH (Left Hand) side shown, RH (Right Hand) side similar.
Install the LH (Left Hand) and RH (Right Hand) retainer clips.





4. Install the washer hose in the retainer clips on the RH (Right Hand) side of the vehicle.





5. Install the cowl grille panel. REFER to Cowl Panel Grille .
