Is the FDIM (Front Display Interface Module) touchscreen inoperative or blank?

2. VERIFY THE FCIM (Front Controls Interface Module) PASS THE NETWORK TEST

1. Using a scan tool, perform the network test.

Does the FCIM (Front Controls Interface Module) pass the network test?

3. CHECK THE FCIM (Front Controls Interface Module) BUTTON PIDs (Parameter Identifications)

1. Using a scan tool, view the FCIM (Front Controls Interface Module) PIDs (Parameter Identifications).

2. NOTE: The button PIDs begin with the prefix "BTN_" and end with the indicated button. For example, PID BTN_EJECT correlates with the eject button on the FCIM (Front Controls Interface Module).
