Removal

1. NOTE: RH (Right Hand) side shown, LH (Left Hand) similar.

Remove the 5 screws and position aside the front fender splash shield.
- To install, tighten to 3 Nm (27 lb-in).





2. Release the retainers and remove the active park assist sensor.

- Disconnect the electrical connector.






Installation

1. After installing the sensor(s), use the scan tool to verify that the active park assist sensor PIDs (Parameter Identifications) responding correctly. Carry out the Azimuth System check. For more information, REFER to Azimuth System Check Active Park Assist. If the parking aid sensor does not respond correctly. REFER to DTC AND SYMPTOM CHART(S) Active Park Assist Active Park Assist for the Active Park Assist system in the Diagnosis and Testing portion.

2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
