Transmission Support Insulator - Anti-Roll

Removal

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. REFER to Lifting Points .

2. Remove the 4 retainers and the underbody shield.





3. Remove the 2 roll restrictor through bolts and remove the roll restrictor.





Installation

1. Clean the roll restrictor through bolts using a wire brush and apply new Threadlock and Sealer to the threads.

2. NOTE: If the holes do not line up, check for exhaust bind-up. Relieve exhaust bind-up by moving exhaust vertically and forward and rearward. If the holes still do not line up mount neutralization will have to be performed, REFER to Powertrain/Drivetrain Mount Neutralizing .
Position the roll restrictor and hand start the roll restrictor through bolts.






3. Tighten the roll restrictor through bolts.
- Torque: 90 Nm (66 lb-ft).





4. Install the underbody shield and the 4 retainers.
